
The Neumann Leathers Tenants Association has been formed to protect, sustain and encourage the entrepreneurial, inventive and creative culture that exists at the Neumann Leather complex, which has played such an important historical role for the city of Hoboken, New Jersey for well over two decades.

Tim was born and raised in Jersey City, his studio and home are in Hoboken. He has always drawn his inspiration from the mostly unseen landscape surrounding Jersey City and the Meadowlands, and the urban industrial landscape of the New York/New Jersey Metro area. Three Weeks in September is the title of a series of thirty-two mural paintings commissioned by New Jersey Transit for the south mezzanine of the Secaucus Transfer Station.
